Mr. Darius Wey over at Pocket PC Thoughts has written an excellent review on the E-TEN M600. This looks be an extremely capable device with the following features:
- Quad-band 850/900/1800/1900
- built-in Wi-Fi (802.11b)
- powered by Windows Mobile 5.0
- 400MHz Processor
- QVGA (240×320 pixels), 65k colors
- 1.3 megapixel with Flash
Camera photo quality looks to be quite good, and the device performed very well in his tests. A cradle with unique "stylus holder" is also included, a feature that is lacking on many of the new mid-range PDA phones such as the O2 Mini, Dopod 818 Pro and 838.
