Thanks to the folks at ToDoPPC, we have screens of the upcoming Ultimate series of PDA phones from i-Mate, all of which are based on Windows Mobile 6.
Interesting that all 5 of these devices have one standardized configuration. The differences lie in the screen sizes, keyboard inputs and hardware buttons. The 7150 even has two screens — a 3.8" AND a 2.2" OLED secondary display.
