  • 150MB: $268/month
  • Unlimited MB: $538/month
2. SmarTone (link)

  • 100MB: $188/month
  • Unlimited MB: $488/month
3. Three 3G/Turbo3G (link)
three
  • 100MB: $198/month
  • 500MB: $288/month
  • Unlimited MB: $488/month

HSDPA Comments:

  • Three has the most options available and flexibility: 2, 5, 50, 100, 500, and unlimited MB packages. Their EasyPlus Data plan is also very reasonable if you should go over the alloted bandwidth — i.e. you won’t be charged an arm and a leg!

I was with 3 or “Orange” as it was called a few years ago, but switched to Smartone because I kept getting weak phone signals with Orange where I lived (NT area). How is your HSDPA connection? Are you frequently finding areas with weak signals?

Can anyone update the 3G/HSDPA info from the current providers? The 3 HomePC X-series still looks like a winner..

In January I opted for a Peoples unlimited GPRS plan and basic voice package for $128 and $50 respectively. However, for only $10 more the combo Asiakiwi mentioned seems reasonable.

    Thanks!
