MSMobiles reviews the HTC Athena

MSMobiles.com has put together a nice review of the HTC Athena.  This is probably the biggest and baddest Pocket PC to-date, and it’s got the price tag to match it too: the Dopod U1000 is retailing for nearly $10,000 HKD across electronic stores in Hong Kong!

The Athena has specs that are unparalleled in the market today:

  • 5" VGA-resolution screen
  • Magnetic detachable keyboard
  • VueFlo direction-sensing browser (think Wii Remote-like functionality to browse webpages)
  • 8GB built-in micro hard drive
  • 3-MP camera
  • Direct connection to TV

If you ever wondered what WM5 would look like on a giant 42-inch plasma, well, here is your answer!
