According to a survey conducted recently by the OFTA, 87% of users gave "satisfactory" responses. However, the survey also showed users urged more clarity with regards to pricing information and transmission speeds.
Service reliability was the most significant factor that consumers
would take into account while making their purchasing decisions. This
was followed by download speed, quality of customer service, price and
customer service hotline.
