The Pointui home screen aims to give you fingertip control to a number of shortcuts and has a very nicely done finger swipe interface to allow you to scroll horizontally and vertically around the screen.
If you can’t live without your Today screen like me, it’s not a problem either. Just press the phone hangup button and you are at your Today Screen, which is now your Desktop. The bottom/left task button becomes a Home button. Click on that and you get back the Home Screen.
Apparently it may be a little tricky uninstalling it so I suggest you check out their Youtube Demo to see if you think it is right for you.
I haven’t had any issues with it so far so am quite happy keeping it on my Kaiser for now. Oh, if you have a phone with a sliding keyboard, try opening and closing the keyboard while on the Home Screen. Watch the Icons glide into their allocated positions. Nice!
