Suffice to say, living in a “Tsuen Ook” (like.. rural house?) in Tai Wo Hau it’s never been available in my area.. I am now looking actually to move somewhere where there is confirmed 100mpbs residential internet access.. Any idea where that would be? 😀
They cannot confirm until they send a technician over to your place for a scan. But then, not to worry, you don’t need to pay if you are not eligible. And I believe asking the technician over is free of charge.
Btw, if you have craving for speed and money is no object, consider their Gigabit broadband. I didn’t ask for their latest pricing but as I mentioned in previous posts, it used to cost in excess of $2000/month. I would assume it is now a couple hundred bucks cheaper!
If your estate can support 100 Mbps, it can also support 1 GBps. Rock ‘n’ Roll!
