[smg id=25]Just got word that the HTC Touch2 has been officially announced in Hong Kong. The processor and RAM have been improved over the original Touch – the T2 now sports a Qualcomm 528MHz processor, with ROM/RAM 512/256 MB respectively. It has a 2.8″ QVGA screen which is not great, but for an entry-level PDA phone it’s quite feature-rich, with the usual suspects making an appearance: Bluetooth A2DP, Wifi b/g, 3G, and a 3.2MP camera.
This will be one of the first mobile phones on the market to ship with Windows Mobile 6.5.
Interestingly (and probably welcomed by a large number of users), the 3.5mm audio jack makes a return. :thumbsupHONG KONG – OCTOBER 8th, 2009 – HTC Corporation today introduced to Hong Kong the HTC Touch2™, a compact and stylish smartphone that is one of the first Windows® phones.
