I have always wanted to get video streaming to work on my TyTNII and have never been very successful in getting it to work. Trying to stream video from CNN, BBC and Youtube has been a total failure for me. If you have the same problem give vTap a try!
vTap is a program that allows you to find and stream video to your mobile phone. Software is available for Windows Mobile, Iphone, Touch and various other video phones. They recommend you have a fast data or wifi connection.
Installing the software to the TyTN II was a breeze. Getting the program up and running was just as easy. Once started you get a list of recent videos found on the web, but you can also start typing keywords to find other content available. If you sign up you can also add your own folder where you can put in your own feeds.
I spent the most part of what was to be an early night browsing through all the video content that is now at my fingertips. I came across a few dead links along the way, but there were still many other alternative links to choose from.
