Fix your broken Music in iOS 5

Posted by on Oct 14, 2011 in Tech News | 0 comments

I upgraded three iOS devices to iOS 5 (iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 2) and all of them would not play any music nor podcasts in the new Music app. The music and thumbnails were there but flat out refused to play.

The fix was to uncheck the “sync music” box in each device, hit apply, and re-sync all music over.

Hope this works for you as well.
