current compared to machines being offered by other carriers. However

TouchFLO enhancement and the overall feature-set of the device; and – except the
missing WiFi – it provides everything I want from a Windows Mobile smartphone
and thanks to the customization, it’s easy to use – even without a stylus which
I don’t want to use for basic phone tasks.

The news is now confirmed after several months of rumors. O2 Asia Pacific is no more, and will be reorganized under new management after an internal review by its parent company Telefónica O2 Europe.

Mobile and Wireless Group will assume warranty and service of current models in the market, and plans to release its 2008 line-up in the coming months.

London-based Expansys has invested in the new company and it is expected that ex-O2 Asia CEO Mark Billington will assume the same role in MWG.
