It looks like the mute switch and the buttons were moved a smidgen to accommodate the antenna designs.

I think my case will still fit. The opening where the mute button is is quite large. It will look a bit off-centred thought. Same with my volume buttons. One hole spans the two buttons. Again I think will look slightly off-centre
actually I haven’t been using the case on my iPhone 4 recently, been buck naked for a week or more. It feels much thinner obviously 🙂 If I get a 4S I’ll see if it fits. If not, I’m not too worried.  I do have the screen protector on the front though, and need to be more careful when setting it down on different surfaces.
(looking at this image, it might actually fit but the button will be off-centered like yours)
