Nintendo helps bust huge piracy ring in Hong Kong

REDMOND, Wash., Oct. 22 A raid ordered by the Hong Kong High Court yielded 10,000 products allegedly used to play pirated Nintendo software, the company said. During a three-day period, Nintendo representatives seized thousands of game copying devices and modification chips from the Supreme Factory Ltd. facilities. WWII bombs found in Hong Kong

Vintage Japanese ammunition, grenades, mortar rounds etc. from the WWII-era have been unearthed near the Hong Kong Parkview estate near Happy Valley yesterday.  The news stations reported that a certain Mr. Brown, armed with a metal detector, made the original discoveries.   This follows another incident last week, in which 588 bombs were discovered by drainage workers in the Kowloon district.
